Asbestos removal, strip out and full refurbishment to create the Wonderlab interactive gallery within an operational museum. Coordinated specialist contractors to install interactive exhibits sourced from the USA, Europe and the UK. Bespoke joinery package including a suspended auditorium.

2 New Square, Lincoln's Inn
Strip out, refurbishment and Cat B fit-out of 17th-century Grade II listed barristers' chambers. Scaffold to roofline, roof works, two new lifts installed within a listed shell, new stone staircase, external drainage and incoming mains services. Sensitive heritage restoration delivered within a historic listed building.

Levels 14 and 22
Reinstatement of the 14th floor from Cat B back to Cat A, plus a new marketing suite on the 22nd floor. Complex logistics and a tight programme in one of London's most recognisable towers.
Royal Courts of Justice
Thomas More Building
Strip out, asbestos removal and Cat B fit-out of 11 floors within the Thomas More Building. Courtrooms, judges' rooms and restricted-access areas. Specialist subcontractor coordination throughout a live judicial building.

Floors 5 to 8
Strip out to shell and core across four floors with full Cat A and Cat B installation: chilled beams, LED lighting, new ceilings and raised floor. Reception works included. The quality presentation prepared for this project was subsequently adopted as standard across other Paragon projects.

Phases 1, 2 and 3
Phased Cat B fit-out and refurbishment across three government buildings. Scope included reception refurbishment, secure walls and portals, meeting rooms and office reconfiguration across eleven floors. Live and secure environment maintained throughout with full business continuity across all phases.

Commercial Office Fit-Out
Cat B fit-out of commercial office space under a fast-track programme. Two-week mobilisation followed by an eight-week build from start to handover. Design and build procurement with close client engagement.

Cat B fit-out for a confidential government client. Scope included strip out, new VRF system, ceilings, partitions, reception, structural works and a new staircase. High-security specification maintained throughout.
