Services

What I offer.

§01

Programme and Risk Advisory

Independent assessment of programme health, risk exposure, and delivery strategy. Useful at any stage - particularly pre-construction or when a programme is under pressure. You get a frank read from someone who has managed these risks directly, not a consultant who learned them from a textbook.

§02

Tender and Pre-Construction Support

Programme review, risk identification, and delivery methodology at tender stage. Helping you price the risk accurately and build a programme that reflects how the site actually works - not how the theoretical sequence looks on paper.

§03

Embedded Senior PM

Embedded senior delivery support for complex programmes where you need experienced resource without the overheads of a permanent hire. Available on a project basis, structured around your specific programme milestones.

§04

Programme Recovery

When a programme has slipped and you need someone who has recovered complex sites before. Diagnosis first - then a recovery plan built on what is actually achievable, not what the client wants to hear.

Process

How this works.

§01

Book a call

Select the session that fits your situation and book directly. No gatekeeping, no introductory form to fill in first.

§02

Come prepared

Bring the context. A programme under pressure, a tender you want reviewed, a decision you need a frank read on. The more specific you are, the more useful the session.

§03

Direct access throughout

You work with me directly. No account managers. No handoffs. The person who answers the call is the person who ran The Shard programme and the Ministry of Justice nineteen-floor refurbishment.

§04

Continuity and cover

On retainer engagements I work as your only point of contact. For periods of holiday or unavailability I will give you four weeks' notice and put a competent backup arrangement in place. For one-off advisory, there is no continuity risk - the engagement is delivered as agreed.

Fit & Delivery

Who this is for.

§01

Right for these roles

Contractors delivering live fit-out or refurbishment projects

Developers needing independent senior PM input

Project Managers under programme or client pressure

Tender programmes that don't stack up

Projects drifting without clear direction

§02

100% Remote

All sessions delivered via secure video call with screen sharing. No travel, no delay, no introductory forms.

§03

Confidential and Practical

All work is commercial-confidential. Limited availability to maintain quality. You work with me directly - not an account manager.
