About Me
I’m a Senior Project Manager and independent PM advisor with over 12 years’ experience delivering complex fit-out and refurbishment projects across London and the UK. I’ve worked primarily within design & build environments, leading projects from tender and pre-construction through live delivery and handover — often in occupied, high-risk, or security-sensitive buildings.
My background includes commercial offices, government departments, listed and heritage buildings, cultural institutions, and high-security facilities.
Throughout my career, I’ve consistently focused on developing my knowledge and capability by undertaking professional training alongside live project delivery.
A key milestone was completing my NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management, followed by achieving MCIOB status and attending my CIOB graduation ceremony in 2019 — a moment that marked my progression from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager.
Today, I support contractors, developers, and project teams through focused senior PM advisory. I provide independent, delivery-led input to help bring clarity to programmes, challenge assumptions, reduce risk, and support better decision-making under pressure.
